Brian Cartwright | Associate (Alumni Network)

Brian is a strategic sourcing and talent development expert with over 15 years of focus in the global supply chain and logistics sector. He has supported commercial growth and career development across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe through his strong industry network and deep understanding of leadership dynamics.

As the founder and Managing Director of Top Management Resources Group, Brian has helped numerous organisations across the MEA region drive transformation, particularly within supply chain and logistics. He is also a frequent contributor to thought leadership platforms, conferences, and industry publications, and runs a widely followed newsletter and blog on supply chain trends.

In addition to his professional work, Brian is a passionate motorcyclist and founder of Ride SAFE UAE, a safety awareness initiative launched in 2016.

While no longer active in day-to-day consulting with Accelerate Evolution, Brian remains part of our Alumni Network — sharing insights and continuing to shape industry thinking through his extended professional and social platforms.
