Heiner Luepertz | Associate (Alumni Network)

Heiner is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He has a proven track record in driving organisational transformation and turning regional business units into high-performing operations.

As Managing Director and later Technical Director for Schindler, Heiner led major restructuring programs in the UAE and Saudi Arabia — transitioning local offices into fully-fledged business entities. His leadership directly contributed to revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency, particularly in sales and new installation divisions.

Heiner played a pivotal role in SAP ERP implementations for Schindler in both countries, guiding business process redesign and talent development initiatives. Known for his calm authority and hands-on execution, he is also deeply committed to safety, workforce engagement, and continuous improvement.

In 2018, Heiner moved to Saudi Arabia to lead a Swiss-based manufacturing subsidiary. While no longer active in day-to-day consulting with Accelerate Evolution, he remains a valued member of our Alumni Network — offering insight and leadership grounded in deep regional experience.
