Niharika Davar | Associate (Alumni Network)

Niharika is a senior human capital advisor with over 30 years of experience in multinational leadership roles across MENA and Asia Pacific. She has served on regional and country-level boards with DHL and Royal Dutch Shell and has led strategic HR transformation initiatives spanning HR strategy, organisation design, change management, and leadership development.

She brings deep expertise in enabling organisations to improve performance through best-practice people processes. Her work includes coaching senior leaders, designing tailored change programs, and advising on talent and performance systems to drive sustainable results. Niharika is also a qualified Executive Coach and recognised thought leader in the HR domain.

She holds a postgraduate certificate in Business & Personal Coaching from the UK and is certified in stakeholder-centred coaching, future assessment, and several psychometric and process tools including Six Sigma, Hogan, and DPDHL frameworks.

While no longer active in day-to-day consulting with Accelerate Evolution, Niharika remains a valued member of our Alumni Network — contributing insight, expertise, and mentorship across our extended professional community.
