Paul Canham | Senior Associate (Alumni Network)

Paul is a senior supply chain consultant with over 20 years of international experience across MEA, the UK, Western Europe, and Asia Pacific. He has delivered large-scale transformation programs for blue-chip FMCG and energy companies, with expertise in ERP implementation, process optimisation, and demand planning frameworks such as Consensus Forecasting and DRP.

Paul is known for his practical, hands-on approach — aligning people, processes, and systems to deliver scalable supply chain improvements. He has led integration and change initiatives following mergers, helped unify fragmented functions, and introduced innovative tools to streamline factory operations across global markets.

A mechanical thinker with a collaborative mindset, Paul brings clarity, humour, and structure to every engagement. He is currently on a long-term assignment with Nawah Energy in Abu Dhabi.

While no longer active in day-to-day consulting with Accelerate Evolution, Paul remains a valued member of our Alumni Network — known for his insight, integrity, and enduring professionalism.
