Steen Nielsen | Associate (Alumni Network)

Steen is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over 25 years of global experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His career includes senior roles at PwC, FLSmidth, Coloplast, and Smith & Nephew, where he led strategic initiatives in finance, M&A, ERP implementations, and post-acquisition integration, particularly in healthcare and engineering sectors.

He has delivered complex interim management assignments across Tokyo, Dubai, and Seoul, focusing on restructuring, business systems, and operational efficiency. Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on approach, Steen is highly effective at building scalable, high-performance finance and operations functions in cross-cultural environments.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

While no longer active in day-to-day consulting with Accelerate Evolution, Steen remains a valued member of our Alumni Network — contributing experience, insight, and perspective to our broader community.
